We only ask for information that helps us do the vector job. This includes:
- Your Name: To know about your order profile and with whom we are working
- Your Email Address: This is for communication purposes. Also, the mail address helps us to avoid scams. We can reply to your questions and send you your vector files.
- Your Files: The raster images you send us to trace. You can send in any supported format.
- Billing Info: If you pay by bank transfer, we see your name and the payment reference. If you pay by card, the payment is handled securely by the payment processor. We never see your credit card numbers.
- Any Details You Share: If you tell us you need the logo in a specific colour or for a specific project, we’ll keep that note attached to your order.

Directly Provided By You: When you email us, fill out the contact form, and send us files to work on.
Through our website: Our website uses some basic cookies to run smoothly. We don’t use this data to spy on you.
Why We Need That Info
We need your details to do the vector work and deliver it to you.
- To communicate with you- Answering your questions, providing quotes, and giving you updates on your project.
- To provide the service-We need the files you send us to create your vector graphics.
- To process payments- To confirm we’ve been paid. We can send your final files.
- To improve our website- Looking at general visitor numbers from Google Analytics helps us to improve.
We Never Share Your Info
We have been running this UK vector graphics studio for around 16 years. During that time, we never shared our clients’ data with any third parties.
The only exceptions are:
Payment Processors: When you pay via a payment gateway, your payment goes through the payment processor. They handle your data securely. You can read their privacy policy on their website.
Legal Obligations: If the law requires us to share information, we would have to comply. This is extremely rare.
How Long Do We Keep Your Images?
Your Files & Emails: We keep your project files and our email conversation for around 90 days. The purpose is to keep the data safe if you somehow lose it. If you’d like to delete everything, you have the right to do so.
How We Protect Your Data
We use standard security practices for all the files we receive. Our computer is password-protected. We use reputable email services. We don’t keep printed copies of your images.

As our valuable clients have the right to:
