Terms & Conditions
Before we start working together, it’s important that we agree to some rules and regulations.
We’ve written these terms clearly to avoid any confusion about the service agreements. By using our vector conversion services, you’re agreeing to the points mentioned below.
If you think that those terms and conditions are not suitable for you, UK Vector Graphics Studio politely recommends that you not use our website.
The Service We Provide
We offer a manual hand-drawn vector tracing service. This is done by using Adobe Illustrator software. Every curve, line, and colour is rebuilt by hand to give you a professional vector file.
We convert your raster files into scalable vector formats. As this is done manually, we can handle complex details. Poor-quality source images could create differences in the final vector file. For the best results, we prefer to send visible images.
The Ordering Process
To get started, you’ll send us your image via the website. Please be as clear as possible about what you need. If you have specific fonts in mind or a particular colour, include that in the instructions.
We’ll take a look at your image. Then, we inform them of a custom price. We charge based on the complexity of the images. We will inform you of the time it takes to trace it properly. Once you agree on the price, we’ll start working on your project.
Pricing and Payment
Quotes: Any quote we give is valid for 14 days.
Payment: We require full payment for new clients. For returning clients and larger projects, we may request a 50% advance to confirm your order. If you agree to any other payment options, it will be applicable for that specific project.
Accepted Methods: We accept payment via Bank Transfer, credit cards, debit cards, Payoneer, and other agreed methods. You need to pay based on the invoice we send you.
Turnaround Time
We do this work by hand. It takes as long as it takes to get it right.
Standard turnaround: We aim for 1 to 3 business days.
Urgent orders: If you need it urgently, you have to mention it. It may add an extra fee for quick turnaround.
Delays: If we’re going to be late, we will drop you a message to let you know. Without any massive inconvenience, we are always on time.
Revisions
Our goal is to make you happy with the final vector. We offer free revisions within reason. If you need major changes within the original instruction, no extra free will be added.
Major Changes: If you decide you want a completely different image traced, we will need to charge an extra fee. I’ll always tell you before I do the work.
Your Submitted Images
You own the responsibility for the image you’re sending. We won’t intentionally trace copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or prohibited artwork.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation: If you cancel the project before we start the tracing, you get a full refund. If we’ve already started the work, UK Vector Graphics Studio reserves the right to charge for the time we’ve spent so far.
Refunds: This is a custom service. Refunds won’t be issued once the final files have been sent and approved. If we missed something crucial from your brief, we will make it right. Your satisfaction is more important to us.
Limitation of Liability
UK Vector Graphics Studio won’t be considered liable for any loss, profit, or business hazard that comes from the use of our delivered images. The final vector files will be considered as your property, like the original raster image.
Sometimes we have to update these terms to provide a better service experience. If we make changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
